As a Client Solutions Partner, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating client relationships and designing AI-driven solutions that address their business challenges.

  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Develop long-term relationships with key telecom decision-makers, ensuring the delivery of high-value AI-driven solutions.
  • Solution Design & Strategy: Collaborate with clients to design innovative AI solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and upsell AI solutions within existing client accounts, guiding clients through the AI journey from discovery to solution deployment.
  • End-to-End Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of AI solutions, from pre-sales through to post-sales support, ensuring successful implementation and exceeding client expectations.
  • AI Expertise: Stay up-to-date on AI trends and bring deep knowledge of how these technologies can be applied in the telecom industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within the telecom industry, with a strong understanding of telecom operations and technologies.
  • Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies, with a focus on their application in the telecom sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with telecom-specific AI applications.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms, frameworks, and tools.
  • Background in data science, machine learning engineering, or a related technical field.
