Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft intuitive and seamless user experiences for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participate in the development lifecycle, ensuring quality and cohesion.
  • Develop responsive user interfaces for internal and external banking platforms and native mobile apps.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, standards, and technologies.
  • Create graphic design assets such as website banners and event materials.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of UX Design experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven track record in designing web and mobile applications.
  • Expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, and information architecture.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
