We are seeking a skilled Studio Operations Professional to support our creative team in India.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in film production, project coordination, workflow optimization, and effective communication to excel in a fast-paced studio environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Budget Management: Creating and managing production budgets to align with the production's creative goals while meeting financial constraints.
  • Project Coordination: Working across multiple projects and teams, coordinating resources and timelines to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
  • Resource Management: Evaluating resourcing needs and recommending staffing solutions for studio requests.
  • Creative Partnership: Collaborating with the team to develop production strategies that support creative vision while ensuring feasibility and quality.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition: Assisting in recruiting and hiring talent to meet project demands.
  • Vendor Management: Building and maintaining a vendor database to support production, ensuring access to top-quality resources.
  • Priority Setting: Defining and communicating production priorities clearly to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Crew & Talent Management: Overseeing crew and talent coordination as needed to ensure production runs smoothly.
  • Legal Compliance: Working closely with the legal team to develop and execute production agreements and talent release forms.
  • Invoice Management: Ensuring invoicing is accurate, properly verified, and submitted to the finance team in a timely manner.

Requirements include 8-10 years of experience in studio production coordination or management, strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, proficiency in scheduling and budgeting software, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
