Turn Influencer Marketing Performance Data into Actionable Insights

We are seeking an analyst who can collect, clean, and analyze large datasets across social media platforms and campaign reports.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on multiple spreadsheets and have experience in data analysis, digital marketing, or media analytics.

  • Collect, clean, and analyze influencer campaign data from multiple sources.
  • Prepare visually appealing PowerPoint presentations reflecting data, insights, and analytics.
  • Identify high-performing influencers and trends across platforms to optimize future campaigns.
  • Work closely with strategy, account management, and creative teams to provide insights that shape influencer selection and content direction.
  • Build predictive models for influencer performance and audience impact.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis for influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Provide post-campaign analysis with clear storytelling (data → insights → recommendations).
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting through QA checks and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in data analysis.
  • Excellent at MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS).
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
