Job Description:

We are seeking a Concrete Technologist to join our team at 2coms, a leading Indian multinational paint company based in Kolkata.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive the growth of our concrete admixture business in Bihar. This will involve conducting trials with concrete admixtures, establishing economical solutions for meeting customer needs, and supporting our sales team to improve wallet share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting in-depth knowledge of concrete admixtures and their formulations
  • Establishing cost-effective solutions for customers
  • Sales support to increase admixture sales
  • Resolving technical issues for key users
  • Market mapping and analysis
  • Driving admixture business in RMC and paver block industries
  • Connecting with local consultants to obtain site approvals

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in the concrete admixture industry
  • Age group: 23-35 years
  • Qualification: MSc (Chemistry) or B.Tech/M.Tech in Polymer Science/ Chemical Engineering/Civil Engineering/Concrete Technology

Salary Range: ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month
