Admixture Specialist

2coms is an Indian multinational paint company based in Kolkata, with a presence in 19 locations across India and internationally.

The company operates 16 manufacturing units in India, 2 in Nepal, 1 each in Poland and Russia, catering to various industries.

This role is part of the Bihar region team, responsible for driving admixtures business.

We are seeking an experienced Admixture Specialist to join our Bihar region team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• In-depth knowledge about trials with concrete admixture in project sites, preferably with some idea about admixture formulation.
• Establishing most economical solution with admixture, meeting customer needs.
• Supporting sales teams to improve wallet share of admixtures, evaluating existing and new customers annually, and preparing action plans.
• Handling and resolving issues on technical parameters for key users.
• Thorough market mapping in the geography.
• Driving admixtures business in B/C class RMC, preparing cost estimates for concrete.
• Working towards site approval of admixture in small road projects (state highways), tapping into-site consultants, and establishing suitable products.
• Driving admixture business in developer segments and creating databases.
• Driving admixture business in paver block and AAC block manufacturing industries, including preparing cost estimates for concrete.
• Connecting with local consultants/engineers to get approvals of admixtures in major projects.
• Benchmarking with widely used competition products, maintaining data on market development or changes of competitor's activities.

Experience: 2-3 years in admixture industry.

Age Group: 23-35 years.

Qualification: MSc (Chemistry) / B.Tech/M.Tech (Polymer Science / Chemical Engineering/Civil Engineering/Concrete Technology).

The estimated salary for this position is ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
