Job Title: Data Migration Lead

Summary:

As a senior data migration specialist, you will lead the effort to migrate large amounts of data from legacy systems to our new platform.

You will oversee the entire process from planning to execution and ensure that all stakeholders are informed throughout.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the data migration team
  • Developing and executing the data migration plan
  • Ensuring data quality and integrity
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues
  • Providing timely updates on the status of the migration
  • Maintaining accurate records of the migration process
Required Skills:

We are looking for a candidate with 10+ years of experience in data migration, data integration, or data management roles.

A proven track record of leading at least one full-cycle data migration for a major ERP, HCM, or CRM implementation is essential.

Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and BAAN is required.

Strong understanding of data modelling, master data management (MDM), and data governance.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are required.

Project Management Skills are a plus.

Some experience with data migration tools would be beneficial.
