Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights and driving business outcomes through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
  • Analyze complex technical data and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Support digital product teams in deriving insights and problem-solving using data analytics tools.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to share key findings and support performance reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 6+ years of work experience in Business, Marketing, Operations Research, Finance, or Economics.
  • Experience as a tech lead with mentorship, task planning, delegation, collaboration, and technical communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • High attention to detail, solution-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Airline industry experience, especially with data analysis.
  • Strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization.
  • Working knowledge of business intelligence tools and self-motivation in building great products for stakeholders.
