Job Title:

Automation Pega Specialist

This role involves the execution of automation testing for PEGA-based applications.

  • Develop and execute automated test cases to ensure alignment with predetermined criteria.
  • Maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test completion reports.
  • Utilize POSTMAN for API testing and develop test scripts.
  • Develop automated tests using C#, maintaining code on GIT.
  • Conduct integration testing, end-to-end regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and run independently at times.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to identify root causes by providing detailed information about defects reported.
  • Manage defects through to resolution.
  • Work closely with campaign managers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality campaigns from an accuracy and quality perspective, adhering to design guidelines and risk protocols.
  • Resolve escalated campaign quality issues, contributing to the refinement of QA guidelines and standards leading to improved quality in future campaigns.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or campaign testing with a focus on automation.
  • Hands-on experience with PEGA, CCM, and C# programming.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration within a fast-moving culture.
  • Attention to detail and trustworthiness for ensuring quality and accuracy in work.
