The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and maintaining strong client relationships to support the company's expansion goals.

- Presentation and Communication: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
- Negotiation and Deal-Closure: Negotiate and close business deals ensuring profitability and long-term relationships.
- Performance Metrics: Track, analyze, and report on business development performance metrics.
