About the RoleThis full-time position involves active outbound calling. We seek an energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative to support our mission.
Responsibilities- Engage with Potential Customers: Make calls to leads generated through marketing efforts
- Understand User Needs: Explain how our services can benefit them and their families
- Educate Customers: Explain our healthcare solutions and address questions
- Track and Analyze Sales Data: Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead conversion rates
- Support Marketing and Sales Initiatives: Develop presentations and materials
- Collaborate with the Team: Enhance customer engagement strategies
- Conduct Market Research: Gather insights at scheduled intervals
- Increase Customer Retention: Amongst existing users
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent listening skills required
- Self-Motivated Approach: Goal-oriented and proactive work ethic
- Team Player: Ability to work independently while being part of a team
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Interest in Sales and Healthcare Technology: Passion for sales and healthcare technology
- Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role
