Visual Communication Specialist

We are seeking a talented Visual Communication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging visual experiences that effectively communicate our brand message.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design pixel-perfect user interfaces that communicate brand stories effectively.
  • Create visual communication systems including icons, illustrations, and interactive elements.
  • Develop responsive web interfaces and micro-interactions using Framer.
  • Transform brand guidelines into cohesive digital experiences across platforms.
  • Collaborate directly with marketing, product, and development teams in our creative workspace.
  • Design marketing materials, landing pages, and campaign visuals that convert.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • UI Design mastery in Figma with strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.
  • Framer expertise for building interactive prototypes and production-ready web components.
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects for motion graphics).
  • Visual communication skills - ability to convey messages through design.
  • Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) for creative ideation.
  • Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge for seamless Framer development.
  • Understanding of branding, design systems, and visual hierarchy.
