Business Finance Manager

This role is a key position that provides critical financial insights, strategic analysis, and planning support to business units.

The Business Finance Manager partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and operational strategy.

  • Provides actionable financial insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborates with operations, sales, marketing, and product teams on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting activities.
  • Analyzes variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, presenting findings with data-driven insights.
  • Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develops and maintains dashboards and management reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Identifies cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies to enhance business outcomes.
  • Monitors expenses and ensures alignment with financial targets to drive growth and profitability.
  • Prepares accurate and timely financial reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Conducts in-depth business case analysis, ROI modeling, and scenario planning to support informed investment decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus).
  • At least 3 years of experience in business finance, FP&A.
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.
