**Job Overview**

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled software development professional to lead our .NET team. As a .NET Lead, you will design and implement robust backend services and APIs while leveraging AI development tools to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable .NET applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using C# and .NET frameworks.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • 8–12 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
  • Proven experience in developing enterprise-level applications using .NET Core and .NET Framework.
  • Experience in front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
