As a key member of our software and quality assurance team, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative products that span web service offerings. Your expertise in system architecture and solution design will enable us to bring new ideas to market quickly and efficiently.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with project managers to provide consultative direction and develop long-term objectives and plans to determine resources, technology, and course of action to achieve results.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, joint ventures, third-party vendors, and product managers to deliver high-quality products on time and meet defined requirements.
  • Establishing and maintaining working relationships within the team, product development teams, joint ventures, vendors, and contractors.
  • Participating in the company's product lifecycle process, contributing to and/or creating product and technical requirements, detailed design documents, and operational procedures.
  • Applying knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve products and services.
  • Anticipating and interpreting customer needs, assessing requirements, and identifying solutions.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years of relative work experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and interpret customer needs.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
