Job Title: Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA professional to join our development team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and existing functionalities.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing using automated tools (web and mobile applications).
  • Accurately identify, document, and track software defects from discovery through resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
  • Maintain clear documentation of test cases, test results, and test artifacts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in both manual and automated testing.

Technical Expertise:

  • Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools.
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages for test automation.
  • Ability to validate AI/ML models and workflows for accuracy and reliability.
  • Experience in performance testing tools.
  • Basic scripting knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or Java.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
