Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to join our software services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities by leveraging multiple lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in target industries for software development, IT consulting, and digital transformation services.
  • Utilize channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM tools, industry directories, and networking events to generate qualified leads.
  • Develop and maintain a database of prospects, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Conduct initial outreach (cold calls, emails, social selling) to engage prospects and understand their business needs.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline).
  • Schedule appointments and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and refine lead generation campaigns.
  • Track and report lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline growth using CRM systems.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in lead generation, business development, or inside sales within the IT/software services industry.
  • Strong understanding of software services such as custom software development, web/mobile app development, cloud solutions, and IT consulting.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage decision-makers.
  • Strong research skills and ability to identify high-quality leads.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet targets.
  • Experience working with international clients (US, Europe, APAC).
  • Familiarity with outbound and inbound lead generation strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, content marketing, PPC) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
