Senior Agile Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agile Project Lead to join our team.

  1. This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in Agile delivery roles such as Scrum Master or Delivery Manager, preferably with software development projects.
  2. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience leading Agile delivery for engineering teams and proven expertise in Workday/ERP implementation.
  3. Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe is also essential.

This position offers the opportunity to lead Agile delivery teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, collaborate with stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of transparency and accountability.

  • This role involves:
  • Mentoring and coaching teams on Agile principles and best practices.
  • Collaborating with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of project goals.
  • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

  • Strong facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
