As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in all aspects of search execution. This encompasses managing end-to-end delivery of retained search assignments.

You will cultivate and nurture existing relationships with key clients to ensure long-term success. Key responsibilities include working on mandates from multiple industries, sectors or functions, geographic regions, and collaborating with other associates on joint assignments.

Key tasks include:

  • Conducting thorough research on target companies and target universes for client presentations
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data on research reports, including verifying names, company information, and biographical details
  • Representing the organization as a provider of executive search services through proactive promotion and networking
  • Engaging extensively via telephone with candidates and sources
  • Attending client pitches and contributing when necessary
  • Providing detailed proposal documents and job specifications to clients
