Executive - Digital Marketing Specialist


Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Campaign Management
    • Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Content Creation and Management
    • Develop engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, social media and email marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
  • SEO and SEM
    • Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
    • Conduct keyword research and use SEO tools to optimize content.
    • Manage and optimize SEM campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Social Media Management
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Manage social media accounts, create posts and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Email Marketing
    • Create, manage and optimize email marketing campaigns.
    • Segment email lists and personalize content to increase open and click-through rates.
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Use analytics tools, Google Analytics, social media insights etc. to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
    • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and website traffic.
  • Market Research
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve marketing strategies.
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC and social media marketing.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, Mailchimp, SendGrid etc.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic web development principles.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of user experience, UX and conversion rate optimization, CRO.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating skills and achievements in digital marketing.
