Job Title: Environmental Strategist

Attero, a leading recycling company, is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing sustainable practices that minimize our environmental footprint.

**Estimated Salary:** $160,000 - $220,000 per annum

**Company Overview:** Attero is a pioneering recycling company focused on Lithium-Ion battery and e-waste recycling. We are committed to environmental stewardship and strive to minimize our impact on the environment.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Strategist who can help us drive innovation and efficiency in our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Working with our management team to create a comprehensive climate strategy aligned with our company's sustainability goals.

- Identifying areas for improvement to minimize carbon emissions, energy consumption, and other environmental footprints.

- Developing strategies to ensure compliance with local, regional, and international climate-related policies and regulations.

- Collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and industry stakeholders to promote the company and its products/services and foster a culture of sustainability.

- Preparing reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate our climate initiatives, progress, and potential revenue opportunities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree or higher in environmental science, climate science, sustainability, or a related field.

- Proven experience working in the field of climate change or sustainability.

- Strong knowledge of climate science, greenhouse gas emissions, climate risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory frameworks related to climate change.

- Familiarity with life cycle assessment (LCA) and carbon footprint analysis methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical recommendations.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with various stakeholders.

- Passion for environmental sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change.
