Engineering Leadership Opportunity

This role is responsible for overseeing the installation of solar PV systems and ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily installation activities and ensure adherence to technical drawings and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety regulations to prevent accidents.
  • Assist with troubleshooting on-site technical issues and provide solutions to resolve them promptly.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and balance of system (BoS) components.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills to motivate and direct team members.
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Relevant degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
