Energy Solutions Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Solar/Renewable Energy Support Associate to join our team.
This role involves providing technical support to installation companies, customers, and manufacturers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the solar industry or education in renewable energy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving issues, and maintaining CRM records. They will also prioritize customer service and maintenance requests, escalating critical issues to the Construction Manager as needed.
The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with knowledge of solar, battery systems, and electrical diagrams. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is also essential.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, flexible with hours, and possess a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to installation companies, customers, and manufacturers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to solar and renewable energy systems.
- Maintain CRM records and prioritize customer service and maintenance requests.
- Elevate critical issues to the Construction Manager for resolution.
- Conduct quality checks on installations and gather feedback from installers.
Requirements:
- Experience in the solar industry or education in renewable energy preferred.
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of solar, battery systems, and electrical diagrams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Problem-solving mindset, self-motivated, flexible with hours.
