Senior Creative Leader

The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading the production of engaging learning videos, promotional content, explainers, and campaign assets.

  • Edit and produce high-quality videos across formats using industry-standard software like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, and Blender/Cinema4D.
  • Design and animate motion graphics, infographics, and explainer elements that captivate audiences.
  • Harness AI tools to streamline workflows and elevate creative output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Balance speed, quality, and scale while innovating with AI + animation techniques.
  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of professional experience in video editing and motion design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing edited videos and animations (explainers, promos, learning content, campaigns).
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for video and animation (Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, Adobe Firefly).
  • Exceptional storytelling ability and visual design sense.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
