Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site position for an experienced marine engineer to oversee the engine department, manage maintenance schedules, ensure compliance with regulations, and optimize engine performance of RO-PAX vessels.

We are seeking a seasoned professional who can lead our team and ensure safe operation of the vessel. The successful candidate will have experience in marine engineering, engine maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engine department and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules to maximize engine efficiency
  • Motivate and guide a team of marine engineers to guarantee vessel safety
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in marine engineering, engine maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Detailed knowledge of marine regulations and compliance standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced maritime environment
  • Degree in Marine Engineering or related field
