Job Title: Senior Director of Innovation

Job Description:

This role involves heading the R&D function of the company, which is crucial to our organization's success. As a senior director, you will lead our innovation and development activities, ensuring a healthy pipeline of new products and seamless technology transfer from R&D to production.

You will oversee a team of around 15 R&D personnel and report directly to the MD. To be considered, you must have at least 15 years of solid R&D experience in Speciality Chemicals catering to API/Pharma industries and good experience in leading an R&D team.

Estimated Salary: ₹35 Lakhs - ₹40 Lakhs per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing the company's innovation and development activities
  • Ensuring a healthy pipeline of new products
  • Ensuring transfer of technologies smoothly from R&D to production
  • Scaling up in time with commercially viability in line with business requirement

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of solid R&D experience in Speciality Chemicals catering to API/Pharma industries
  • Good experience in leading an R&D team
