Job Overview:

  • This role involves heading the Research and Development function of the company, ensuring a healthy pipeline of new products and technologies.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the company's innovation and development activities, including technology transfer from R&D to production.
  • They will also oversee scaling up operations in line with commercially viable business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of around 15 R&D personnel, which will further expand in the near future.
  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director.
  • Maintaining a strong focus on commercially viable product development and technology transfer.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years of solid R&D experience in Speciality Chemicals catering to API/Pharma industries.
  • Good experience in leading an R&D team.

Estimated Salary: ₹1500000 - ₹2500000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Please note that this is an estimate based on industry standards and may vary based on individual factors.
