Director of Strategic Foresight

The Director of Strategic Foresight will play a pivotal role in positioning our institution as a thought-leader in shaping strategies for emerging global challenges.

  • Establish and direct the Future Studies Center, fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovative solutions.
  • Conduct and publish annual foresight reports on global trends in technology, geopolitics, and sustainability, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and teach graduate-level courses in futures thinking, policy foresight, and scenario planning, equipping students with the necessary skills to navigate complex global issues.
  • Cultivate partnerships with governments, think tanks, and corporations on strategic foresight projects, driving collective impact and growth.
  • Mentor doctoral students and research fellows in foresight studies, nurturing their academic and professional development.
  • Represent our institution at international foresight and innovation forums, enhancing its reputation as a hub of intellectual inquiry and creative problem-solving.

Key Qualifications:

  • Possess a PhD in Futures Studies, Innovation Policy, Strategic Management, or a related field, demonstrating expertise in the field.
  • Enjoy an internationally recognized scholarly reputation, with a distinguished publication record that showcases your thought leadership.
  • Bring proven experience in policy advisory, foresight consulting, or global think tanks, leveraging your networks and expertise to drive positive change.
  • Forge strong global academic and industry connections, facilitating collaboration and knowledge exchange.
