About the Role
As a Customer Success Strategist at MoEngage, you will be responsible for driving client satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop strategies to ensure they achieve their objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in supporting complex enterprise customers with marketing technology solutions or closely related solutions. They will have a strategic mindset and be able to make sense of complex business needs. The candidate should also have exceptional project management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of team members internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main point of contact for Mid-Market and Enterprise level customers
  • Monitor client usage and identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and provide proactive solutions
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and provide QBRs to ensure clients are receiving value from our products and services
  • Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships
