Senior Financial Planning Specialist

This role requires an experienced professional to lead the implementation of financial planning and budgeting solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle EPM Planning Cloud (EPBCS) and other cloud EPM applications.

  • Proven experience in implementing financial planning and budgeting systems, with a strong focus on data management and reporting.
  • Expertise in developing complex business rules using Calculation Manager, as well as creating data maps and smart push jobs.
  • Experience working with Smart View, Web Forms, FR Reports, FTP, batch, and Unix shell scripting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Supervising, developing, and mentoring junior consultants throughout project life cycles.
  • Preparing key deliverables such as requirements documents, design documents, test plans, training materials, and solution delivery.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 3+ years of experience in financial planning and budgeting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
