  • End-to-End IAM Governance: Oversee comprehensive IAM lifecycle management including user provisioning, access governance, authentication frameworks, and privileged access management.
  • Team Development: Mentor and guide technical teams to build world-class IAM practices across global delivery centers, fostering innovation and best practices.
  • Technology Innovation: Evaluate, integrate, and implement modern IAM tools, MFA solutions, and Zero Trust security frameworks to maintain cutting-edge security posture.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all IAM solutions meet stringent compliance standards, risk management protocols, and regulatory requirements specific to services.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives, establish best practices, and lead continuous improvements within enterprise IAM programs.

As a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of IAM strategies across our organization. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored IAM solutions to meet those needs.

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead who possesses:

  • Proven experience in driving IAM strategy, architecture, and implementation across large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify security gaps and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to drive knowledge-sharing initiatives and establish best practices within enterprise IAM programs.
  • Experience in evaluating, integrating, and implementing modern IAM tools, MFA solutions, and Zero Trust security frameworks.
