Enterprise Performance Management Specialist Opportunity

Our organization is seeking an experienced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) specialist to develop and implement comprehensive financial management solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS/Planning) with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise performance management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement EPM solutions for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain business rules and calculation manager configurations.
  • Manage data integrations using Financial Data Quality Management (FDMEE), Data Management, and EPM Automate.
  • Optimize Essbase cubes for efficient reporting and analytics.
  • Analyze complex financial data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in EPM implementation and support, preferably with Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, including cash flow management and balance sheet analysis.
  • Hands-on experience in Business Rules and Calculation Manager, Data Management and Integrations, Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Metadata and Security Management.
  • Proficiency in Essbase cube design, optimization, and reporting.
  • Solid knowledge of financial concepts, accounting principles, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
