We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to provide day-to-day support for procurement modules, monitor system performance, and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in procurement systems, and a strong understanding of procurement and finance processes. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Provide day-to-day support for procurement modules, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions within procurement systems.
• Support integration between procurement systems and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP).
• Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
• Document support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users.
• Liaise with support teams for issue resolution and product updates.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in procurement systems.
• Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
• Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Procurement certifications or training.
• Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices.
