Are you a talented engineer looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Fullstack Product Engineer to join our team in building and shipping cutting-edge AI-powered products at serious speed.

This role involves owning end-to-end product development using Ruby and React, working closely with product and design teams. You will be responsible for implementing intelligent workflows using Langchain and other LLM frameworks, and shipping high-utility features used by thousands of users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop AI-powered products using Ruby and React, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.
  • Implement Langchain and LLM frameworks to drive intelligent workflows and automate processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Product-driven mindset: You are a tactical decision-maker who prioritizes product outcomes and user experience.
  • LLM/Langchain expertise: You have hands-on experience building real features or products using Langchain and understand the LLM ecosystem.
  • Agentic Flows: You have built agentic flows using LLMs and successfully deployed them.
  • Fullstack excellence: You work seamlessly across Ruby (backend) and React (frontend), eliminating handoffs and silos.
Bonus Requirements
  • Prior experience building tools in CRM, SaaS, or automation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agents, vector DBs, embeddings, and prompt engineering can be beneficial.
