Product Design Lead

This position involves creating user-centered solutions for artificial intelligence-driven interfaces and conversational systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end experiences for AI-powered applications.
  • Drive user interactions, interface design, and system architecture from concept to launch.
  • Rapid prototyping, usability testing, and iteration.
  • Developing design systems and maintaining UI consistency.
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Collaboration and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Presenting and articulating design rationale and vision.

Required Expertise & Skills:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of dedicated product or interaction design experience.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including interactive components, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Strong visual and interaction design instincts with a portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX design.
  • Experience with AI-powered user experiences, including prompt-based interactions and conversational flows.
  • Hands-on prototyping, A/B testing, and usability refinement.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
