Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the procurement, importation, and warehousing of banking devices and products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate multiple available products/services in the market based on user requirements.
  • Compare available goods/services with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing.
  • Finalize vendor and cost through RFP process, considering user requirement and techno-commercial evaluation.
  • Support User and Legal function for contract execution from SCM perspective.
  • Responsible for handling end-to-end activities related to warehousing & Inventory Control Management for all banking products/devices.
  • Coordinate with relevant user functions regularly to understand their requirements/demands and manage sufficient inventories for each product accordingly.
  • Review existing contracts related to banking products, warehousing, and inventory control, and maintain a tracker & repository.
  • Negotiate existing contracts for cost savings with partners/agencies.
  • Raise agreement needs (as per contracting guidelines) well in time and ensure renewal before expiry.
  • Handle imports shipments end-to-end, coordinating with foreign partners, freight forwarders, CHAs, and customs departments.
  • Engage with user functions to understand needs and resolve pain points related to purchase, warehousing, & inventory, and Import.
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely vendor PO issuance and payment.
  • Regularly coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of ordered products/services and collect inventory reports daily.
  • Prepare and publish Inventory reports for all products daily.
  • Support data analysis for preparing monthly procurement reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new products.
  • Manage vendor partnerships to ensure competitive pricing and timely services.
