Travel Integration Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled Travel Integration Specialist to lead end-to-end API integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of seamless API integrations for clients and suppliers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support integration processes across all phases.
  • Define, document, and communicate integration requirements clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain and enhance integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers.
  • Monitor and assess integration performance, identifying areas for improvement and leading optimisation efforts.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications using project management tools.
  • Provide post-integration support, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience delivering end-to-end API integrations in the travel technology sector.
  • Strong experience working with API-based systems and understanding of REST/JSON/XML protocols.
  • Solid grasp of project management principles and proficiency with tools like Jira or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous integrations and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English (additional languages are a strong plus).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organised and self-motivated.
