Transmission Line and Telecom Tower Designer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team in designing, planning, and executing transmission line and telecom tower projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed tower designs and calculations in compliance with international standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets, project timelines, and resource allocation for successful project execution.
  • Evaluate client specifications, tender documents, and provide technical proposals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of design with project requirements.
  • Perform load analysis, prototype development, and optimization of tower design for cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead the estimation process for domestic and international transmission & substation projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessment, and value engineering for new projects.
  • Support planning, scheduling, and resource management to meet project deadlines.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party agencies for design approvals and clarifications.
  • Implement software systems for project management and inventory control.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 5-12+ years of experience in Tower Design, Estimation, and Project Planning in Power Transmission / Telecom Tower industry.
  • Hands-on expertise in design software (STAAD, PLS-CADD, AutoCAD) and ERP tools.
  • Strong knowledge of international standards and regulations.
  • Experience in global tendering & estimation for OHTL, Substations, and Telecom Tower projects.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
