Role Overview

Campus ambassadors play a pivotal part in promoting healthcare awareness, facilitating student consultations, and organizing initiatives to strengthen healthcare access across campuses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote healthcare awareness and education among peers, fostering a culture of wellness and empathy.
  • Facilitate online consultations for students, providing support and guidance on mental health, nutrition, and disease prevention.
  • Organize and promote health-related events and initiatives, leveraging social media platforms to engage a wider audience.
  • Build connections that enhance healthcare access among students, identifying opportunities and addressing challenges through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactively engage with prospects, introducing Panmedical's products and services, and understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • Strong campus networks and active social media presence, enabling seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and an interest in healthcare awareness, driving positive change and promoting healthy habits.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus), ensuring cultural sensitivity and inclusivity.
  • Internal drive to grow and succeed, along with leadership and decision-making abilities, empowering individuals to take ownership and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills, managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
