We are seeking an innovative and results-driven creative leader to spearhead our visual storytelling. This dynamic individual will be responsible for developing captivating content that drives engagement, revenue, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creative direction and execution for all marketing and customer-facing content across digital platforms.
  • Ideate and design visually appealing social media posts, stories, reels, banners, email creatives, in-app visuals, and more.
  • Create content that educates users on various topics such as quality, freshness, recipes, sustainability, and brand values.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns for promotions, launches, and seasonal events.
  • Maintain visual brand consistency across platforms and touchpoints.
  • Use data and insights to iterate and optimize content for engagement, CTR, and conversions.
  • Oversee and manage design tools, assets, and templates to scale output efficiently.
Required Skills:
  • Design graphics or basic video editing for reels shorts.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI for basic landing page layouts.
  • Photography or art direction experience.
  • Ideation of attractive and engaging concept ideas.
