Job Title: Healthcare Provider

Description
  • We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a healthcare provider. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting patients, providing proper patient care and coordination, verifying patient information, recording medical history, and preparing patients for examination by performing preliminary physical tests.
  • You will also be responsible for taking vital signs, reporting patient history and summary, updating and filing patients' medical records, and answering telephones and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting patients with a smile and welcoming demeanor
  • Providing excellent patient care and ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Verifying patient information through interviews and other means
  • Recording accurate and detailed medical history
  • Preparing patients for examination by conducting preliminary physical tests
  • Taking vital signs such as blood pressure, weight, and temperature
  • Reporting patient history and summary to relevant parties
  • Updating and filing patients' medical records in a timely and accurate manner
  • Answering telephones and scheduling appointments in a professional and courteous manner
