As a Front Office Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Registration: Effectively register new patients with high accuracy and speed.
  • Admission and Bed Allocation: Accurately allocate beds to admitted patients.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments and rescheduling as needed.
  • Enquiry Handling: Provide courteous assistance to patients and bystanders, ensuring prompt attention and highest care.
  • Complaint Resolution: Minimize customer complaints by maintaining the highest level of customer care.
  • Revisits and Rescheduling: Handle revisits patients and re-schedule appointments as necessary.
  • Phone Calls and Information: Receive and connect calls, providing necessary information about hospital facilities.
  • Doubts and Test Procedures: Clear doubts and provide information about tests and procedures to customers.
  • Telephone Etiquette: Answer phones while maintaining proper telephone etiquette.
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Patient Flow Facilitation: Notify providers of patient arrivals, communicate delays, and coordinate with clinical staff.
  • Inquiries and Visitors: Respond to inquiries from patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Anticipate inventory needs, place orders, and monitor office equipment.
  • Patient Confidentiality: Protect patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Form Review: Review all forms for accuracy and completion prior to acceptance.
  • Presentation and Grooming: Maintain a presentable appearance and adhere to grooming standards.
  • Patient Data Collection: Collect and enter new patient demographics and other details in the Hospital Management System.
  • Billing and Coordination: Register and make billing for Inpatient discharge patients, monitor and coordinate with nursing stations.
