**Your Role in Our Journey:


  • Develop and manage detailed cutover plans aligned with project timelines and milestones.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data migration, testing, BASIS, security, and business stakeholders.
  • Lead mock cutovers and simulate production cutover scenarios to ensure readiness.
  • Manage cutover logistics such as system downtime, communication plans, and contingency strategies.
  • Monitor cutover execution and report status to senior stakeholders, ensuring minimal business disruption.

**Your Profile:


  • 8-14 years of total SAP experience, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in cutover management.
  • Proven track record in managing cutover activities for large-scale SAP implementations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules (S/4HANA preferred), data migration, and system landscapes.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and high accountability.
