Job Opportunity

The University is in search of a seasoned professional to work as a Placement Director for its campus in Gurugram, NCR Region.

The Placement Director will be responsible for preparing students for placements and ensuring placements of students in programs. The incumbent should have excellent negotiation skills & communication skills.

  • Leading all engagement activities from the pre-placement stage, through the placement procedure, and the placement stage by monitoring, controlling and reporting progress.
  • Connecting with industries on a regular basis concerning career opportunities and employment trend.
  • Managing flexible & extended time requirements as and when needed.

Training Support

Organizing Skill Lab Orientation programs.

Taking full responsibility for enrolling students in the Career Service Tech platform by coordinating with different academic institutions.

Conducting various training programs at different academic institutions.

Strengthening your knowledge and providing feedback on methodologies in the training process.

Overseeing and managing the Digitally Enabled Platform for which training shall be provided.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelors' degree in management, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Post graduate degree in management, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in placement process.

Experience

  • A minimum of 15 years or more of relevant experience in Corporate Placements in NCR Region.
  • PAN India Network
  • Worked in multi-disciplinary universities
  • Delhi – NCR Network base
