The Workplace Experience Coordinator role is a vital position within our organization. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and workplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workspace Management: This includes maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our workspaces.
  • Project Management: The successful candidate will lead and support the expansion of our workspace needs, working closely with internal teams and external partners to identify new opportunities and manage growth.
  • Community Engagement: Developing and implementing a calendar of social, educational, community, and volunteering events that foster teamwork and well-being is a key aspect of this role.
  • Vendor Management: Positive relationships with vendors, building management, and neighboring tenants are crucial to ensure seamless operations.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Upholding confidentiality and discretion in all matters, both personal and business-related, is essential.

We are seeking an individual who possesses excellent communication and organizational skills, administrative support experience, proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
