We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Executive to join our team at Winvesta, a rapidly growing fintech company on a mission to make cross-border payments and investments hassle-free and affordable for customers across India and the world.

As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in generating new leads, qualifying new prospects, nurturing and onboarding them, and educating potential clients about our products and services. You will also collaborate with the sales team to develop customized sales pitches and presentations, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer success.

The ideal candidate should be customer-centric, enjoy interacting and engaging with clients, possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask well, and be keen to work in a challenging and dynamic environment. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing a lead pipeline, conducting market research, representing the company at industry events, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records using our CRM system.

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and demonstrating how our products/services can help them.
  • Educate potential clients on our products/services and how they can benefit their business or personal finance needs.
  • Manage and nurture a lead pipeline to ensure prompt follow-up and closure.
  • Conduct market research, represent the company at industry events, and gather opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized sales pitches and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through phone calls, chat, and email to provide excellent support and assistance.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and collaborate with other teams to handle complex queries ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer success and provide solutions that meet their needs, including identifying opportunities to upsell/cross-sell to existing clients.
  • Maintain a regular feedback loop with product and design teams to convey client feedback and recommendations for product improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in English, both verbal and written.
  • Confident and persuasive with the ability to close sales.
  • Interest in speaking with customers and empathy to help resolve their issues.
  • Ability to handle objections and escalations.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
