We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Placement Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling complete IT placement drives, getting in touch with top corporate houses, and securing corporate tie-ups for student placements.

- Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Employer Branding: Promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Data Management: Track and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve processes.
