Technical Solutions Specialist

As a key player in our technical solutions team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by helping clients implement scalable and secure solutions using Microsoft technologies.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing Microsoft solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Sharepoint, and Microsoft Fabric
  • Providing technical support during implementation, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth delivery of solutions
  • Assisting in data modelling, reporting, and analytics within Power BI
  • Customizing and integrating solutions in Power Apps and other Microsoft platforms
  • Maintaining clear and detailed documentation for solution design, implementation, and configuration
  • Collaborating with clients and senior consultants to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

Required skills include familiarity with Microsoft technologies, basic experience with Power Query, SQL, and DAX, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. Preferred skills include familiarity with Agile methodologies and prior experience in consulting or working with clients in a technical capacity.

Skills and Qualifications

Familiarity with Microsoft technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, Sharepoint, and Microsoft Fabric

Basic experience with Power Query, SQL, and DAX

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Preferred skills include familiarity with Agile methodologies and prior experience in consulting or working with clients in a technical capacity
