Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger entries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting, with experience in using accounting tools like Tally or Xero. You should also be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to create complex pivot tables and formulas.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations
  • Assist in preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial data into accounting systems
  • Support in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Ensure statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, PF/ESIC filings, and ROC requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (CA Inter/MBA Finance is a plus)
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
