Senior GenAI Innovation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior GenAI Innovation Leader to drive the growth of our GenAI practice. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) technologies across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.


Job Description:

The role combines solution architecture, pre-sales leadership, and client engagement. You will play a key role in accelerating the growth of our GenAI business by designing and deploying production-grade AI solutions on cloud platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect end-to-end GenAI solutions tailored to client use cases, focusing on AWS, with capabilities also across Azure and GCP.
  • Evaluate and adopt cutting-edge GenAI models (e.g., LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs, LangChain, RAG).
  • Design scalable, secure, and production-ready architectures for PoCs and enterprise deployments.

Business Development:
  • Work with sales and GTM teams to identify new opportunities and craft GenAI-powered offerings.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and reusable solution accelerators for different industries.
  • Engage with cloud partners and ecosystem stakeholders to drive joint business growth.

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement:
  • Lead technical workshops, demos, and discovery sessions with clients.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and present them clearly to executive stakeholders.
  • Own and contribute to RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, and proposal responses.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7+ years in solution architecture or technical consulting, with 2+ years in GenAI/AI/ML.
  • Hands-on experience designing and deploying production-grade AI solutions on cloud.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
